If you have not yet purchased your images...
Online ordering is closed and the albums have been removed from the website. I do still have the images and can order them for you. Please send me your child's name and class and I will respond with instructions for ordering.
If you purchased digital images and got a message that the link has expired...
If you look at your original purchase receipt, you will see that the link that was sent was only good for 7 days. I have NO CONTROL over this (believe me, I wish I did!). The links are generated by the ordering system. While the site does renew links, they can only be renewed until the photos have been removed from the server. I cannot continue to pay to keep hundreds of images on the site. Photos were removed form the server a couple of weeks after school ended for the year. Your receipt is very specific about downloading your images in a timely manner. If you missed the deadline, I will send you your images when I am able. Please provide me with your order number from your receipt. If you cannot find your order number, please provide your name and the class name.
If you think you got the wrong images...
Please let me know, and I will double check your order. If the mistake is my error, I will reorder and have the images sent to the address you gave me at check out.
If you did not get a class photo...
Class photos were only included in package options or with digital images. If you did not order a package or a digital image, you did not receive a class photo.
