If you have not yet purchased your images...

​Online ordering is closed and the albums have been removed from the website. I do still have the images and can order them for you. Please send me your child's name and class and I will respond with instructions for ordering.

​If you purchased digital images and got a message that the link has expired...

If you look at your original purchase receipt, you will see that the link that was sent was only good for 7 days.  I have NO CONTROL over this (believe me, I wish I did!). The links are generated by the ordering system. While the site does renew links, they can only be renewed until the photos have been removed from the server. I cannot continue to pay to keep hundreds of images on the site. Photos were removed form the server a couple of weeks after school ended for the year. Your receipt is very specific about downloading your images in a timely manner. If you missed the deadline, I will send you your images when I am able. Please provide me with your order number from your receipt. If you cannot find your order number, please provide your name and the class name.

​If you think you got the wrong images...

​Please let me know, and I will double check your order.  If the mistake is my error, I will reorder and have the images sent to the address you gave me at check out.

​If you did not get a class photo...

​Class photos were only included in package options or with digital images.  If you did not order a package or a digital image, you did not receive a class photo.

​I will get back to e-mails as soon as possible.  Please be patient as I am out of the country and will have very little (if any) access to e-mail.
